Wow, just reading through the different fandoms people like in the introductions, seems like a bunch of you like AssCreed. Which I adore (though I'm not as heavily into it as I used to be haha, my url still is a remnant of that). So are you guys psyched for ACIII?
I have to admit, I was kind of disappointed in Revelations. I expected so much more from it, especially with the inclusion of Altair. The adverts didn't really ring true with what the game brought to the table. Some of the missions were really hard too ;A; Like usually AC has some hard missions (especially the "Get it done in 8 minutes" syncs) but MAIN missions were hard to get full sync on because I just didn't understand what we were suppose to do. For example, the first Altair mission. I don't understand the instructions to get Full Sync. Do I help everyone? Okay but how do I know I've helped everyone? How do I know who needs help? The markers on the map don't always lead me to the right places. Agh it was a mess. The only good things from that game really were Yusuf and Sophia. I'd have to say my favorite AC game though is ACII just because it was just a jumping leap from what ACI was. There was more character development and more to immerse you in the story than it's predecessor. All I want now is a Desmond centric game. I understand the charm of Assassin's Creed is going back in time BUT how sick would it be to scale a skyscraper or something?

Revelations was too weird for me... the ending I mean ok, but still weird. Ezio opens the library, and does NOTHING else (except the part with Desmond) So disappointing...
Oh and the Desmond part of the game? I HATED IT! I had SUCH a hard time with it mostly because of the camera...
I loved the multiplayer though! That part gets better and better everytime!
My favorite is AC:Brotherhood mostly because of the crossbow and the assassin recruits (my babies!!)

Yeah the camera was the worse in that game omg I died so much doing Desmond's part. I threw the controller a few times LOL Idk. I don't play multiplayer at all ;o; I never could get into it! Yeah Brotherhood was cool. I liked that one too. Recruiting was awesome, and getting towers and the storyline was really nice what with Cesare and the Apple haha. I think they kind of dropped the ball with Revelations. Let's hope they get back into the game with ACIII.

Oh man. I was torn with Revelations. I really like Revelations, but there was a lot of it that was really different from the other games.
I do have to agree that some of those missions were harder then all hell. I actually just recently beat the game, not because it was hard (some of them were pains in the asses) but because all of the side missions were so much. The main plot was so short when I really compared it to how much time I spent buying buildings and having to go save my dens.
The Desmond things were ..interesting. My friends joked about how it was like Minecraft on crack. Now those, those were so hard for me that I haven't even bothered to get them all. I had glitched myself out of that part of the game so many times that sometimes I'd just be in the abyss of space falling forever away from the map trying to find out how to get back in.
I still haven't beat ACII. I really need to because that game breaks your heart in the first few missions. It is just sooo long, which I love in games, my laptop just tends to overheat because of it.
I'm personally really excited for ACIII! I'm curious what they are going to do with Desmond seeing as the company is so sure on hiding what they are up to.

Yeah ACII was super long haha. But I think story wise, it was the best one. I can totally see how it would overheat your laptop though xAx (I played my copy on PS3).
I agree, Revelations was very different and there was a ton of side mission stuff. I don't think I ever even finished any of it to be honest. I know I got all the dens and stores but that was about it.
I'm curious as to what they're going to do with Desmond too. I really like him and his story gets the short end of the stick constantly. The lack of modern assassin stuff in Revelations was really disappointing (Rebecca and Shawn are two of my favorite characters). I heard they want to get rid of him though? Like end his story? I don't know how true that is, but it would be so disappointing. Desmond deserves a good game even if it's just like on PSP or something haha
Speaking of the handheld games oh dear don't get me into those. They were AWFUL. The Altair one actually made me psychically sick from playing it because the controls and mechanics were so confusing.

Oh yes! ACII is certainly the best in story line terms. After all it has so much plot they needed 3 games just to finish up Ezio's story! My poor laptop has to deal with all the games sadly, but luckily I'm doing ACIII for the PS3 this time to not totally kill my computer.
I think I still have a few side mission things left in the game, but there is a lot of it to do. Am I the only one who found myself with too much in the supply of bombs? There were so many shops for it and you always got free things from your bombs, I felt they could of given you less because I never had any lack or challenge getting things for bombs.
I hope they're just building the story up for Desmond and are trolling us to thinking they are just going to clean cut end his story with nothing more to it. I was sad when there was lack of modern Assassin, though I can't wait for Shaun's commentary in the new game. Desmond's spending so much time learning I hope he gets to actually use it.
-Oh gosh I have not tried the handheld games. My friend has it and gave it to me because she never understood how to play it, but I have yet to actually use it. That does not sound fun though getting sick from those controls.
I also have to agree with Notsoholymarie, while ACII had the best plot, I loved Broho for it's recruits. Though there was one tower I could never get and I was so mad when I accidently finished the game before I could get it.

I am really sad about AC3 : Liberation only being on PSVita... The only time we get to have a female assassin and we have to buy the Vita that goes with it ¬_¬ I think I am going to find some playthrough on youtube... second best idea (I am just so poor I cannot buy the Vita!) About the towers in ACB, I just am very lucky everytime... I find the captain by chance or super fast, and I get to kill him in the next seconds if my reflexes are good... He always pops up in front of me for some reason... anyway I achieved "The Harem" last time I played ACB Only girl assassins! It was awesome, but I felt kinda bad to see some civilians getting hurt and me not wanting to help them because they were boys... (And it's impossible to do this in Revelations... I was kinda pissed!) Let's talk about the Den Defense in Revelations for a moment. I think you could hear me scream in rage two blocks away from my place... Whose idea was this? I think I am going to feel the same way about the naval battles in AC3... that is not going to be fun, I can tell you!

That is sad, I do agree! I might buy the game later down the road and save it for when I do ever get a Vita or something. Sadly Youtube will have to do!
Oh gosh really? I always had the worst luck with the towers. They were still fun though! --Aha! That's an awesome achievment to get, sounds just like what Ezio would do!
I strangly loved the Dens! It got my heart racing and I only ever lost a few times on them. Now, getting TO the Dens when they were under attack was what made me scream. It was so hard to get there in order to save the place.
I hope the Naval battles do end up being fun, but we can only wait and see!

Oh god that one tower with the coward GDI. The bombs were cool but yeah I agree. A bit too much at times.
Dens I did like ONCE I got the hang of them. But two things happened with the dens that I wasn't a huge fan of. 1. The controls were confusing and there was little explanation. You basically needed to figure it out for yourself. 2. It was too often one of my dens was getting attacked. Like if I so much as blinked, I had to go defend a den again, which is why I did the sidequests for them asap.

I only did the Den defense that was obligatory in the story, and then it never happened again because I never let my templar awareness meter fully load.
